Whole Person Wellness Programming
Wellness is a philosophy, a way of life. It is a way of life that focuses on health, not sickness. It is intentional and purposeful action by a person to take charge of their life. Whole person wellness, according to the International Council of Active Aging, has seven dimensions. These dimensions focus on the following area of life: Physical, Social, Spiritual, Vocational, Intellectual, Environmental, and Emotional. OMM Spann Wellness Center and Life Enrichment Program offer many calendar events to experience wellness in all seven dimensions.

The VP of Wellness manages events and programming for all areas of the community with the help of a staff of 6.
