ABOUT THE COMMUNITY
Founded more than thirty years ago, Helderberg Village is surrounded by farmlands, wide-open skies and breathtaking mountain views – only a short drive from downtown Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport. Residents of this fully-developed sectional title estate also enjoy living close to blue flag beaches, shopping malls and several award-winning wine estates.
The almost 800 homes on this 84-hectare Retirement Resort are surrounded by indigenous gardens, dams and a 9-hole golf course as well as many other healthy living amenities – both indoor and outdoor. All services are maintained with the highest standards to ensure the security, financial stability and well-being of residents.

The on-site gym specializes in senior fitness with all the needed equipment, or you can opt to join the classes offered in the studio, such as yoga, line dancing and many others.
Aquatics
Relax and unwind at your choice of four swimming pools (one of which is heated) - tranquil spots where you can soak up some of that gorgeous South African sun or just cool off in after a few games of tennis or bowls. Aqua-fit classes are loved by all for a good workout.
